Kids Week gives you the opportunity to entertain the little ones during the summer holidays. It’s our way of encouraging families to see London shows more frequently and start loving theatre. For the whole of August, children aged 5-16 can go to participating shows for free as long they’re accompanied by a full-paying adult. There is no Six the Musical, Matilda, The Comedy About a Bank Robbery, The Play That Goes Wrong, The Woman in Black, Disney’s The Lion King, Thriller LIVE, and Fiddler on the Roof on Mondays.

The London musicals and theatre shows below can be attended on Sundays in London:
Six the Musical at the Vaudeville Theatre currently performs twice on Sundays (2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.)
Matilda the Musical in the Cambridge Theatre London has a Sunday matinee at 3:00 p.m.
The Mischief Theatre Company’s two shows – The Play That Goes Wrong and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery – also play twice on Sundays (3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.)
Disney’s The Lion King (2:30 p.m.) has a Sunday matinee show.
Most London West End theatres are closed on Sundays.

Exciting news for theatre fans! The highly anticipated musical adaptation of ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ is set to hit the West End stage at the Dominion Theatre in October 2024. Following a successful developmental run in Chicago last summer, this new production is sure to be a hit with audiences. Don’t miss out on the London premiere of this must-see musical!
The upcoming production of The Devil Wears Prada will feature acclaimed artists such as Elton John, Jerry Mitchell, Shaina Taub, Kate Wetherhead, Tim Hatley, Gregg Barnes, Bruno Poet, and Gareth Owen. This musical is based on the popular 2003 novel by Lauren Weisberger and the Academy Award-nominated 2006 film adaptation starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway. The story revolves around Andy Sachs, who lands a job in the glamorous but challenging world of fashion journalism, working for the intimidating Editor-in-Chief Miranda Priestly. The show will have a limited engagement at the Theatre Royal Plymouth in July 2024 before opening at the Dominion Theatre.
Casting for the production will be announced at a later date.

Prepare for a mind-blowing race through time, spectacular spells, and an epic battle, all brought to life with the most astonishing theatrical magic ever seen on stage.
This is a fitting eighth story to the Harry Potter franchise that’s equal parts epic and spellbinding. In order to tell the story in full, it is told across two Parts, and audiences are encouraged to see the two parts together.
In conjunction with the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play premiere, the script was published and sold over 2 million copies in the first two days of release in North America, and over 800,000 copies in its first week in the UK.
